Access & Logistics
Do I need to be home? What if my gate is locked?
No need to wait in! As long as we have clear access around the property, we can clean while you’re away. If you have locked side gates or specific access instructions, just let us know in advance or share a code/key arrangement so we can access your property smoothly on your scheduled clean day.
Can I pause, reschedule, or cancel my service?
Yes. We offer full flexibility—we just ask for 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled visit if you need to skip a clean, adjust your service, or put your account on hold.
Pricing & Schedules
Do you offer frequencies other than 6 weeks?
No, we operate exclusively on a regular 6-weekly cleaning schedule to ensure all properties on our routes maintain a consistently high standard of clean year-round.
Why does the initial visit cost a bit extra?
First cleans require significantly more time, water, and effort to clear away accumulated grime and build-up across your glass, frames, and sills.
> Please note: Our standard window cleaning methods do not remove heavy construction residues such as mortar, glue, silicone, paint, or tape.
How does payment work?
Once your clean is complete, we will send you a text message containing our bank details. We kindly ask that payment via bank transfer is made within 24 hours of receiving the message.
Will my price ever change?
Your standard clean price remains fixed, but prices may be adjusted periodically to keep in line with CPI (Consumer Price Index) inflation.
How should I count bi-fold glass panels for a quote?
Treat each individual glass pane within the folding frame as one window pane. For example, a set of 4 folding doors counts as 4 panes.
Methods & Specific Services
What cleaning methods do you use?
We use professional reach-and-wash pure water pole systems. Pure water absorbs surface dirt and dries naturally to a streak-free shine without needing harsh chemical additives.
Do you clean roof windows, conservatory roofs, or internal glass?
We clean high windows and skylights using our water-fed poles. While conservatory roof cleaning is not included in a standard regular window clean, we can clean conservatory roofs as an optional add-on service, priced separately from your routine cleans. Please note that we do not offer internal window cleaning.
Do you clear gutters and offer other exterior cleaning services?
Yes! In addition to standard window cleaning, we offer full exterior maintenance including:
Gutter clearance, fascia, soffit, and cladding cleaning
Pressure washing for driveways and patios
Patio repointing
Roof scraping and moss removal
Can you perform a post-construction / builders clean?
No, we do not offer builders cleans or post-construction glass restoration
